Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of enalapril, nifedipine sustained-release tablets and enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of mild or moderate hypertension.Method Total 60 patients with essential hypertension(systolic blood pressure of 140~180 mm Hg,diastolic blood pressure of 90~110 mm Hg)were randomly divided into enalapril group(the control group a),nifedipine sustained-release tablets group(the control group b)and enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets group(the treatment group),the effects was observed after 6 weeks of treatment(diastolic blood pressure fell to normal or decreased 10~19 mm Hg or more was valid). Results The blood pressure in the three groups were all significantly reduced. The blood pressure decreasing in the treatment group was more obvious than the other two groups. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,in the control group a was 75% and the control group b was 70%.Conclusion Enalapril combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets has significant effect in the treatment of hypertension.
