Abstract
To set up and improve the mechanism in exercising procuratorial authority is a significant sector in the reform of procuratorial organs.The legislation of the litigation and supervision procedure should be perfected, legal methods increased, directly under control of the superior procuratorial organs strengthened and the system of the management of procurators reformed to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and correctness in exercising procuratorial authority.
