Abstract

The procuratorial authority is not only the administrative power, but also the judicial power. So the procuratorial authority should be exercised wholly and independently.The independence of procuratorial authority is the foundation of the function of legal supervision.But there are some defects in Chinese procuratorial system.We should reform the procuratorial system to safeguard the independence of procuratorial authority.
