The Distribution of the Procuratorial Authority on the Theory of the Legal Supervision

The study about distribution of procuratorial authority should be conducted from perspective about legal supervision function of our country's procuratorial organs. The single national system of the grand national judicature ,the progressive ruling of law of supervision awareness,the combination of discussion and execution for legal system,and powerful administrative organs make it necessary to take procuratorial organs as professional legal supervision organs. These also determine our country's legal supervision which taking abuse of administrative authority as main target,so we should establish executive public prosecution system,strengthen investigation supervision. So as to realize legal supervision function,the integration of procuratorial organs should be carried out with awareness on distribution of authority within procuratorial organs.
