Abstract

The bullwhip effect in a supply chain is bad for the operation of supply chain.This paper analyzes bullwhip effect from the asymmetric information in the structure and method of information communication,and argues that encouraging methods and the structure of information sharing system based on E-business are established to reduce the bullwhip effect in supply chain.Finally it confirms the feasibility of strategies based on a three-level supply chain model.
