This paper summarizes bullwhip effect in supply chain management and its origin,illustrate its harms to supply chain,profoundly analyze every process and operation in supply chain management,then find the reason which form the bullwhip effect.At last,aim at the reason to bring forward a series of measures which control bullwhip effect in supply chain management.
