Research on the Investment of South Korean Enterprises in China

In recent years,the investment of South Korea in China’s projects is gradually increasing year by year,in which the main features reflect in that projects with Korea cooperation and capital investment tend to high-end,the affected areas gradually exaggerate,single investment scale increases and the investment ways are mainly individual proprietorship and controlling shares.Therefore,in view of such situation,we should take countermeasures of increasing investment sorts,adjusting enterprise mode and improving investment service level to promote Korea direct investment in China.
