The good investment environment has become important factor of the regional economy and societal development. Analysis of demonstration shows that there is not obvious comparative advantages in investment environment of west china , include basic infrastructure, market environment, people's concept, culture environment, and policy preonderance of development west china, and so on. To attract more captial to put into de-velpoment west china, it need to creat good investment environment. However, this can do by two means as follow: 1) to find balance point of investing in west china for foreign business, 2) to improve highly soft environment and increase strength of inviting outside investment and attacting fund.
