Enlightment of the Exploitation Plan of Southern Italy on Promoting the West China

Abstract

The state investment is an important economy action, and imbalance of regional economy development is a worldwide phenomenon. By analyzing Italy investment policy of developing its South Region,and according to the practice of developing the West region of our country, we raise proposals, such as increasing the weight of investment direction properly, standardizing the operation procedure,to help us utilize the limited capital to get maximum beneficial result.
