Abstract

Objective To analyze the blood test results of Hb,ALT and HBsAg among voluntary blood donors before blood donation. Methods Before blood donation,Hb,ALT and HBsAg were detected by copper sulfate method, dry chemical method and immunogold labeling technique among blood donors. Results The unqualified rate was 20. 21% before donating blood.ALT failure rate was 13. 60%( male 19. 31%,female 5. 01%); Hb failure rate was 5. 31%( male 0. 19%,female13. 03%); HBsAg failure rate was 1. 30%( male 1. 64%,female 0. 77%). Conclusion Before blood donation, male blood test is mainly based on ALT elimination, and ALT failure rate is on a downward trend with the age growth; while female blood test is based on Hb,and the unqualified rate concentrated on 26 ~ 45 years old.
