Analysis of the blood detection results of voluntary blood donors from 2010 to 2012 in Taiyuan

Abstract

Objective To provide a scientific basis for the safe use of blood and conserve resources by analyzing of the blood detection results of voluntary blood donors. Methods The detection results of ALT, HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, TP, etc of voluntary blood donors from 2010 to 2012 in Taiyuan was analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results In three years,a total of 246799 blood samples were screened, in which 14429 were unqualified, the unqualified rate of ALT, HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV and TP were 3.24%, 0.75%, 0.94%, 0.60% and 0.23% respectively, and the unqualified rate of ALT was the highest. Conclusion Strictly blood screening is not only the basis to ensure the safety of blood for clinic use, but also an important measures to promote rational use of blood.
