Modified trabeculectomy for glaucoma

Objective To observe the modified trabeculectomy for treatment of glaucoma with the operation effect.Methods 52 cases(52 eyes) of patients with glaucoma with modified trabeculectomy,postoperative visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber,filtering bleb,tear film and other complications.Results Postoperative intraocular pressure control after operation,had 38 eyes and pressure for the gifted,there were only 6 IOP was good,the excellent and good rate was 84.62%.Functional filtering bleb formation,formation of anterior chamber fast,bleb leakage,low intraocular pressure,shallow anterior chamber,hyphema,choroidal detachment operation complications.Conclusion The modified trabeculectomy in treatment of glaucoma with high security,small trauma,hand has the advantages of simple operation,less postoperative complications,it is worth using in base hospital.
