Clinical Observation of Qinresanyujiedu Decoction on Blood Stasis Syndrome of Cancerous Fever

Objective:To observe the effect of Qingresanyujiedu Decoction on blood stasis syndrome of cancerous fever.Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group with Qingresanyujiedu Decoction,the 1st control group with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction and the 2nd control group with indomethacin.After treatment,the clinical effects were compared in these groups.Results:(1)In the treatment group,the short-term treatment group antipyretic effects were superior to those in other groups(P 0.05).(2)After treatment,Karnofsky scores were increased in the treatment group and the 1st control group(P 0.05).However,there was no statistical difference about this score in the treatment group and the 1st control group(P 0.05).Meanwhile,there was no obvious difference in the Karnofsky scores of the 2nd control group before and after treatment.Conclusion:Qingresanyujiedu Decoction,which is no obvious side effect,can effectively reduce the body temperature of patients and alleviate the symptoms of fever in order to increase the life quality of patients life significantly improved,and no significant side effects.
