On Setting up the Three Educational Concepts of Morden Higher Normal Education Courses

Nowadays,along with the emphasis on teacher professional development and teacher specialization,higher normal education courses have a high request for teaching research and reform to highlight the educational function of teacher professional sustainable development.To meet the new requirement,on higher normal education courses teaching,on the one hand,with a view to potentiality and aftereffect of student lifelong professional development,we should set up the concept of laying a foundation of professional development for students.On the other hand,with a view to the quality of teacher professional development,we should set up the concept of sparing no effort to enable students to acquire the elements,which have stability and long-acting effects,help their future educational practical activities.The last but not the least,with a view to the students' own learning engagement conditions,we should set up the teaching operation concept of urging the students independently into studying and make them become living bodies of learning.
