Abstract

Objective To know the germicidal efficacy of effervescent tablet trichloroisocyanuric acid of compound.Method Observing the germicidal efficacy of this disinfectant by suspention quantative germicidal test,simulation field disinfection trial and field disinfection trial method.Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus bacteria were 5.00,both of the bacterias were exposed to the disinfectant solution which contain available chlorine 500mg/L for 5 min and 10 min.The killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger in suspension were 5.00,which exposed to the disinfectant solution contained available chlorine 5000mg/L for 60 min.White overalls pocket cloth which was contaminated by artificial bacteria Staphylococcus aureus dipped in disinfection solution containing available chlorine 500mg/L for 20 min was ≥4.00.Immersion cucumbers which contaminated by artificial bacteria escherichia coli into the disinfection solution for 10 min were ≥3.00.Immersion chopsticks contaminated by artificial bacteria escherichia coli into the disinfection solution for 30 min were ≥3.00.Wiping the table surface with the disinfection for 30 min were 2.00.Conclusions The effervescent tablet trichloroisocyanuric acid of compound has good efficacy for table surface,fabric,fruit and tableware disinfection.
