Clinical study of Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment on Senile Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods: Patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,Chinese medicine group was treated with Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment,while western medicine agroup was given nimodipine orally,30mg each time,3 times a day,treatment for 1 months.Results: The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese medicine group was 92.98%,which was higher than that of the western medicine group(whoes was 79.31%)(P 0.05).After treatment,the two groups after treatment MMSE score significantly improved than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group increased significantly(P 0.01).Conclusion: Huazhuojieduhuoxuetongluo Treatment in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly is better than nimodipine,with clinical application and promotion value.
