Chinese and Western Medicine treatment 80 cases of post - stroke depression

Abstract

[ Objective ] To observe the traditional chinese and western medicine treatment of post - stroke depression, the clinical efficacy. [Methods] 160 patients were randomly divided into western medicine group, in the western medicine group. Control group: with fluoxetine 20mg, day 1, oral, and psychological treatment of patients, 8 weeks for a course of treatment. Treatment group, treated in the control group, the increase in self - serve soup Jieyu Huoxue treatment. Efficacy compared between the two groups. Treatment group the total effective rate was 87. 50% in the control group the total effective rate was 63. 75% , with statistically significant differences ( P 0. 05). [Results] The efficacy of traditional chinese and western medicine group is better than western medicine group.
