Legal Collaboration Mechanism of Technology Control

The legal control of technology is one of the important issues in STS.Discusses the fact that the legal control of technology has been placed in dilemma nowadays in view of how to make certain of technical subject's diverse interests and legal public rights in combination with how to make sure of technical object's change and relatively legal stability.As a result of methodology,the only way to get rid of the dilemma is the technology in collaboration with law,and the legal collaboration mechanism is to be carried out mainly by technical actors.The mechanism should be formed technically at three levels,i.e.,technical implement,system and idea.A new selection is thus provided for legal control of technology.
