Abstract
Modern logistics in China just starts and the deficit of legal system on this restrains its development.The internationalization,modernization,systemization and legalization of logistics require the perfection of legal system in this field.It is desirable to set up an industrial plan and standard system which is applied throughout the country,and integrate,abolish,modify and supplement existing legal rules,in order to establish a reasonable legal system.
