Abstract

Legal system is the basic mode to regulate economic operation and promote scientific development,and is the cornerstone to keep social stability and harmony.We should make a serious search for the causes of perplexities occurring in the present construction of legal system and according to China's actual conditions try to explore a new way to intensify the construction of legal system.
