Effect Observation of Stroke Unit Mode Combined with Edaravone in Treatment of 30 Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effect of stroke unit mode combined with Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group(n = 30) with general ward mode and traditional conventional treatment,and therapy group(n = 30) with stroke unit mode combined with Edaravone injection based on traditional therapy.Neurologic impairment score(NIHSS) and improvement condition of the two group before and after treatment were compared.Results After therapy for 14 d NIHSS in control group was significantly lower than that before therapy(P 0.05),and NIHSS in therapy group was significantly lower than that before therapy and the same time in control group(P 0.05),and total effective rate in therapy group was also significantly higher than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Stroke unit combined with Edaravone injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is safe and effective,and can significantly improve degree of neurologic impairment.
