Abstract
The theories on distributive justice of fairness and entitlement,respectively by Rawls and Nozick,have much in common despite the differences.Both Rawls,a contemporary representative of new liberalism,and Nozick,that of classical liberalism,hope to provide a better framework of fairness and justifiability for contemporary society.Further exploration on these ideas will be of vital significance to the construction of justice with the characteristics of socialist China.
