Freedom or equality——Comparison between Nozick's and Rawls' views of justice

Abstract

This paper analyzes the different views of Nozick's and Rawls' held on equality,functions of a country and distribution.It points out that Nozick's view of justice is a procedural one which respects people's right to choose,while Rawls' view of justice is an essential one which benefits the few favored ones.Both the two views reveal the two natures of justice.
