Two Contemporary Theories on Distributive Justice Rawls's Fairness and Nozick's entitlement

This paper analysizes two contemporary theories on distributive justice——Rawls's fairness and Nozick's entitlement, states their contents, purpose,problems,emphasizes Rawls' two principles of justice both unconditional equality and conditional equality,and discusses Nozick's holding justice as basement of distribution and role of the state. In the mean time, they are compared from different perspectives. At last.it briefly points their reference value for modern Chinese distributive justice.
