Abstract

Objective To establish a rapid, convenient and accurate method to determine the concentration of carbamazepine in human plasma. Methods The concentration of carbamazepine was determined by RP—HPLC.Results The linearity range was 1.0—20μg/mL with a regressive equation of C=0.0422R─0.2565,r=0.9998.respectively.The intra—day RSD of and the inter—day RSD were 3.5%—4.2% and 4.2%—5.0% respectively. The relative recoveries carbamazepine were 101.6%.Conclusion The method is accurate and rapid and suitable for determination of carbamazepine in human plasma.
