Land requisition compensation and resettlement issues and related policy analysis research

This article has a review and makes a detailed assessment about china's land requisition compensation, thinks that many problems exists in the land requisition compensation need to reform. By the theoretical summary and study on foreign land requisition compensation, we found that the land requisition compensation should be based on market value. In addition, our land requisition compensation also has its particularity, which is different with foreign country, the dual policy of urban and rural division makes our land requisition compensation need to consider about the social security of land requisition compensation to farmers except for land requisition compensation. On this basis, the article proposes programs and recommendations of the land requisition compensation and resettlement policy reform.
