Evaluation Analysis of the Main Cities' Comprehensire Economic Strength in Shanxi Province

This paper provides the basis for the economic development plan of Shanxi's cities.in Shanxi First it analyses the major cities' comprehensive economic strength by factor analysis and statistical software SPSS10.0.Then the paper proposes suggestions about the transformation of economic growth mode,the cultivation of the large-sized enterprise group and local fanancial system,further expansion of the economic scale and the optimization of economic industrial structure,which can be realized by using Shanxi's energy advantage,technological innovation and scentific progress.
