Research on index of economic growth quality

Abstract

The quality of economic growth generally refers to judgment on the processes, approaches, methods of economic growth process. In this paper, Hubei Province, for example, the stability and sustainability of economic growth has been analyzed, based on the composite index,by using the weighted average method. And evaluation has been made from three aspects of economic performance in detail: the economic structure, economic growth, efficiency and quality of economic growth of Hubei Province. Recommendations and suggestions has been given in order to help economy of Hubei Province grow fast, which has significant view to efficient growth and sustainable economic development for Hubei Province.
