Abstract

In this study, the object was to build two ways that callus induction and the ability to promote axillary branching for rapid propagation of China Aloe.In MS medium supplemented with 600mg/L of ascorbic acid may be effective in preventing browning of explants.By means of the propagation of callus induction from leaf callus induction and callus induction stage the best bud stage type and concentration ratio of PGR was 2mg/L 6-BA+1.7 mg/L 2,4-D,4 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5mg/L NAA;Through the promotion of small buds shoot meristem propagation channels, induced a small bud stage of bud meristem best PGR type and concentration ratio of 2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;By stage rooting species and concentration ratio of PGR was 0.3mg/LNAA.The way to promote the ability of axillary branching is more appropriate than by callus induction for callus induction rapid propagation of China Aloe.
