Abstract
Objective To investigate the infectious status of Listeria monocytogenes in food in Shenzhen. Methods The traditional method and the real-time PCR were used for isolation and determination of the baoteria. Results 178 samples were detected by the two methods and Listeria monocytogenes was isolated. The positive rate is 1.68%. Conclusion There is contamination of food with L.monocytgenes was existed in food in Shenzhen City. It should be supervised in Shenzhen.Furthermore,If traditional method and read-time PCR were combined together the detectable rate and accuracy can be enhanced.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
