The Legal Relationship between University and Students and the Countermeasures

With the construction of legal society,the rapid process of managing education by law and the popularization of educational law,the legal relationship between university(state-run) and students has become a dispute in recent years.Based on the power relation with administrative shade and the civil relation of non-administrative shade between university and students,this paper handles the legal status of the university and the legal relationship between university and students from the perspective of maintaining students' rights and interest,and then explores the corresponding countermeasures.
