Analysis on the Legal Relationship Between Public University Library and Its Student Readers

Abstract

Based on the analysis on the legal relationship between public university and its students,the author focuses on the legal relationship between public university library and its student readers and concludes that the library is an inner department of the university and is not an independent juridical person,and that the legal relationship between the library and students is the specific embodiment of the relationship between the university and students and shows double legal attribute in different context i.e.an inner administrative legal relationship or a civil legal relationship.
