Legal position of universities and legal relationship between universities and students

Abstract

The existing law of our country fixed the law position of universities on the civil case corpus.This define already can't adapt actuality of demand.The author thinks that its body is the administration corpus and the relationship is the administrative legal relationship between the university and students when the university make education power.In addition,civil legal relationship also exists when the university make the civil rights.The way of dispute settlement is different in this two different legal relationships.
