Abstract
The leaf slice and bud being taken as explants,the callus induction and buds propagation were researched.The result was as follows:the most suitable medium for callus induction was MS + KT 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L + 2,4D 0.5 mg/L;the better medium for buds propagation was MS + TDZ 0.5 mg/L + KT 0 mg/L + NAA 0 mg/L and the best rooting medium was MS + NAA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L.
