The Clinical Observation of Enalapril Metoprolol in the Treatment of CHF

Abstract

Objective Observed with enalapril,metoprolol in the treatment of CHF therapy.Methods Chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group received metoprolol,treatment group combined recieve enalapril and metoprolol.Before and after treatment for three months by NYHA classification,color Doppler echocardiography LVESV,LVEF,peak late diastolic velocity ratio and early ratio A/E,etc,compared to treatment improvement of cardiac function before and after.Results Groups are both effective,in the treatment group LVESV were significantly decreased,LVEF increased significantly compared with the control group was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol with enalapril treat of CHF can improve heart failure,improve quality of life.
