Abstract
A single factor expects were carried out for resin dosage, catalysts dosage, additives dosage, curing temperature and time etc.to find out the main factors affecting the results of durable press finish. The optimal process conditions were given as follows: resin WFR-3B 100 g/L,catalyst C-2 20 g/L,softener WFS-1 40 g/L,polyethylene emulsion WFE-1 50 g/L,penetrant PA-2 1 g/L,and curing 4 min at 125 ℃.After finishing, the smoothness of the fabric attained rate 3.5,tensile strength retention was not less than 60%,and residual formaldehyde on fabric was less than 75 mg/kg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
