Abstract
Trials are carried out to determine the effects of factors such as resin type, finish concentration, additive type and its amount, as well as curing time and temperature on DP finish individually. The optimum conditions are defined via orthogonal tests, that is, resin NEC 55 g/L, catalyst NKC 11 g/L, polyethylene emulsion PE-2 30 g/L, silicon SIO 40 g/L, polyurethane UT-70 30 g/L, catalyst U 3 g/L, penetrant EP 2 g/L, citric acid 1.5 g/L, pickup 75%, curing at 150℃ for 3 minutes. The finished fabric features 3.5 grade levelness or even more, reserved breaking strength ratio higher than 55%, residual formaldehyde less than 75 mg/kg.
