Human Resources Development and the Regional Economic Development

Abstract

Human resources are by all means important to the development in a region or in the whole country.The opening-up and developing of human resources will determine the degree and level of the economic devel-opment in any given region. With the consideration of the general characteristics of the regional economic de-velopment in China, this paper proposes some countermeasures and strategies of development for the opening-up of human resources.
