Abstract
OBJECTIVE To know about the drug resistance of the common antibacterial drugs and the bacteria isolated from clinics,to provide reference for the rational use of drugs.METHODS The isolated bacteria were cultured and the results of drug sensitive tests were analyzed statistically, the drug sensitive test was conducted by using ATB drug sensitive reagent and matching system supplied by BIOMERIEUX.RESULTS Sum of specimens sent for the examination was 23 089 shares,Totally 2701 strains of pathogens were isolated, the isolated rate was 11.70%.Among the gram positive cocci,Staphylococcus aureus were 139 strains, accounting for 5.15%,Coagulase-negative staphylococci were 146 strains, accounting for 5.41%,Enterococcus were 287 strains, accounting for 10.63%.The drug resistant rate of gram positive cocci to penicillin was over 91.00%,Among the isolated gram negative bacteria,E.coli were 523 strains(19.36%),K.pneumoniae were 281 strains(10.40%),P.aeruginosa were 219 strains(8.11%),62 strains of E.cloacae(2.30%),405 strains of A.baumannii(14.99%).The drug resistant rate of E.coli to piperacillin was 78.78%,the resistant rates of A.baumannii and P.aeruginosa to cefotaxime were 80.74%-82.19%.CONCLUSION The drug resistance of the pathogens keep an upward tendency,multi-drug resistance becomes more and more severe. To develop the drug resistant surveillance to bacteria and master the dynamics of drug resistance have great importance to direct the rational application of antibiotics in clinics and effectively control the nosocomial infection.
