Abstract

Through static/dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments, the sorption and desorption properties of seven kinds of macroporous resins, including AB-8,S-8,NKA,NKA-2,D201,XDA-1 and X-5,for Elaeagnus angustifolia flavonoids were studied. The results showed that XDA-1 resin was preferable for separating Elaeagnus angustifolia flavonoids with the static absorption and dynamic desorption ratio being 87.87% and 91.02%,respectively.
