Abstract
Objective To observe the change of Weitongxiaopi Decoction on serum Nitric Oxide(NO)and plasma Gastrin(GAS)in functional dyspepsia(FD)rats.Methods To establish 50 models of FD rats by using vinegar,then the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group,the change of Weitongxiaopi(WTXP)low dose group,middle dose group,large dose group and domperidone group.Different drugs were given to five groups:normal sodium,different concentrations of the change of WTXP Decoction and Domperidone twice a day by gastrogavage for 14 days[The content of the NO and GAS were observed.Results Different concentrations of the change of WTXP Decoction can all decrease serum NO,increase plasma GAS(compared with the model group,P0.01)[and the NO of middle and large dose groups were lower than that of domperidone group(P0.05)[GAS in every group of the change of WTXP Decoction was higher than that of domperidone group(P0.01),in which,the middle group was higher than the other two groups(P0.01).Conclusion The change of WTXP Decoction can promote the gastrointestinal motility of FD rats by means of decreasing the serum NO and increasing the plasma GAS.
