Network copyright infringement has its specificity which is different from the traditional copyright infringement. There are similarities and sameness between the legal remedies for internet copyright infringement and traditional ones, and it is necessary that legal remedies should have its innovations and differences following the network characteristics. China should improve and modify the traditional copyright laws of legal remedies, combining with our existing legislation and national conditions, so that our copyright protection could integrate into copyright protection system of the world as soon as possible.
