Analysis of the Strategies of Demurrers for Copyright Infringement of Public Library

Abstract

Demurrer,as a formal objection,is a defendant's counterplea denying the charges against him according to the accuser's plea.This article briefly analyzes the main demurrers for copyright infringement,and provides some strategies of demurrers for public libraries during the process of lawsuit of copyright infringement.
