Disorganization and Codification:Modification of Copyright Legislation System

Under the circumstance of revision of the copyright law,it is necessary to analyze drawbacks of the current copyright legislation system,to compare the differences of the copyright legislation system among countries,so as to put forward the short-term scheme and long-term aim for such legislation system. For the short-term,such system may be revised and consummated further on the base of the unchangeable current legal system. For the long-term,a uniform,complete and strict copyright law should be made to satisfy the need of development of the copy right law itself.
