Abstract
Nomination and evaluation of biological behaviour for lung liomyoma is still disputed. We diagnosed 1 case primarily borderline lung liomyoma by H.E.staining and immunohistochemistry staining methods. The pulmonary metastasis liomyoma was often reported in females of cut hysteromyoma. The patient's uterus, double ovaries and oviduct weren't found any abnormal distribution of radioactivity. The few heterotye cell, individual multinucleated giant cell, non-haemorrhage and necrosis, 2 caryocinesia in 50HPF were checked by H.E.staining. The Actin (+),Vim (+),HHF35 (+),CD68 (-) andCK (-) were detected by immunohistochemistry staining. Therefore, primarily borderline lung liomyoma was diagnosed and estimated its biological behaviour.
