Abstract
Objective To explore the positive rate ,the titres and the distribution of plague F1-antibody in humans and animals. Methods IHA was used to detect the plague F1-antibody in the serum of humans and animals. Results The positive rate of plague F1-antibody in the plague patients, the people from plague foci, the main plague reservoirs and the indicator animals were 100%,1.85%,0.69% and 6.42% respectively in 2000~2001: There 30 samples from plague cases, 126 samples from health ones,235 samples from rats and 278 indicator samples were examined, only 9 positives from plague patients were detected with s positive rate of 30%. Conclusions The plague F1-antibody in 70% of the plague patients disappeared 5~6 years after infection and 30% of that can be detected ,but the titres were obiously reduced .No positives were detected in healthy persons, host animals and indicator animals
