Abstract
A real-time RT-PCR method was established to detect classical swine fever(CSF) in swine-derived food including cashing,pork and salted pork,using specific primers and a fluorescent probe designed according to the published sequences of CSFV.This method was shown more sensitive than the conventional RT-PCR and suitable for rapid detection of CSFV in swine-derived food.
