Abstract
By building the model appraising index and measuring,the agriculture technological innovation,modern agriculture development status and coordination degree have carried out analysis and evaluation of Hunan each prefecture and county.The results indicates that: the modern agriculture development level is lower in Hunan province,the push of agriculture technological innovation is not strong to modern agriculture develops,the regional difference of agriculture technological innovation and modern agriculture development are obvious.This paper proposed some countermeasures that is to accelerating the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,to strengthen the push of agriculture technological innovation to modern agriculture,play the effect of core area's demonstration,driving and radiation.
