Abstract
In accordance with the characteristics and new situation in agriculture development of the traditional agriculture province at new stage,main countermeasures for promoting modern agriculture development are proposed:it is necessary to blaze new trails in four aspects:agriculture development thinking;agriculture investment mechanism;agriculture science and technology and economic organization.
