Abstract
The effects of light,temperature,GA3,storage time and methods on the seeds germination of Primula sikkimensis Hook were studied through seeds germination experiment. The results showed as follow: the seeds germination of P.sikkimensis was not sensitive to light, the optimal temperature for germination was 23 ℃,and the seeds germination rate remained 62.67 % on 28 ℃.The time of seeds germination was shortened after the seeds were treated with GA3,but it had no effect on the seeds germination rate. With the increase in storage time, the seeds germination rate decreased. In order to ensure higher seeds germination rate,it was proposed that the seeds should be sowed as soon as possible after harvested.
